Why mobile?
After the August 17, 1999 earthquake in Turkiye, we recognized the importance of bread and water in the case of a disaster. We noticed the difficulties in producing and transporting bread to the disaster area. So, we produced this mobile bread factory.
It can be used in case of natural disasters, wars, etc. to produce bread in hygenic conditions. It can bake breads even while it is moving.
It has the capacity of 10.000 breads per day, each of which is 250 gr.
Compatible to the international standards
Its project was designed to be built on a normal TIR. It satisfies the international transportation rules.
It can travel on the international motor ways.
Hygenic and economic
It has WC, change room, fermentation room, bed place inside.
